Your first visit is easy and stress-free. Here's what happens when you arrive as a guest.
When you arrive, you'll be asked to fill out a brief guest form. This helps us get to know you and ensures we can follow up with any information you might need.
Sit back, relax, and observe the meeting. You're welcome to participate in Table Topics if you'd like, but there's absolutely no pressure. Just enjoy the experience!
After the meeting, we'll invite you to share your impressions and ask any questions you have. This is a great time to learn more about membership and our club culture.
Our meetings follow a structured format designed to help members practice and improve their communication and leadership skills in a supportive environment.
The meeting begins with the President's opening remarks and guest introductions. The Toastmaster then presents the meeting agenda and introduces the functionary roles.
Members deliver 5-7 minute speeches they have signed up for as part of the Toastmasters Pathways learning program, covering a variety of topics and objectives.
Members and guests are invited to speak for 1-2 minutes on surprise topics. This session helps develop thinking on your feet and impromptu speaking skills. Participation is optional for guests.
Trained evaluators provide constructive feedback on each speech, highlighting strengths and offering suggestions for improvement. This is a key learning component for both speakers and evaluators.
Meeting functionaries (Timer, Ah-Counter, Grammarian) provide their reports, highlighting time management, filler words, and notable word usage. These reports help all participants improve their speaking skills.
The General Evaluator provides an overview of the meeting's quality and flow, sharing key observations and suggestions that support continuous improvement.
The meeting wraps up with final announcements. Guests are welcome to stay afterward to meet members, ask questions, and learn more about joining.
Throughout the meeting, you'll experience a warm, encouraging, and respectful environment where everyone supports each other's growth. Mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities, and every achievement, big or small, is recognized and applauded.

Our meetings follow a clear and organized agenda, including prepared speeches, impromptu Table Topics, and thoughtful evaluations. This structure creates a comfortable rhythm while keeping the experience dynamic, interactive, and fun.

Whether you choose to observe, join in Table Topics, take on a meeting role, or deliver a full speech, there's space for everyone. You're encouraged to step outside your comfort zone, but always at a pace that feels right for you.
